Cultural overview

As Tom Kozac's HQ and passion project, Albion is deeply representative of his lifelong ambition to colonise the deep waters of Ecbeth–starting with the mildest ocean of all, the Mandraic. People populating Albion are either close business friends of Kozac, like-minded people, or selected army-men who took a gamble and took the amphibious surgery to breathe underwater.
